Climbing training for adults

We offer professional climbing training. Climbing sections are divided into beginner and advanced groups. Workouts last 2 hours. We also offer individual and rehabilitation classes. Small groups of up to 6 people allow you to maintain proper climbing progression. We conduct morning classes from 9:30 to 11:00 and 11:00 to 12:30 and afternoon 19:30 to 21:30 in Cracow on several climbing walls and rocks in spring and autumn. Sometimes we go abroad in winter. Evening classes are mainly held at the Climbing Center Racławicka 60 street, Ludowa 6 street and Szymon Szymonowica 83 street in Cracow.

The beneficial effect of climbing on improving motor skills is proven:

You can fight fears of space and height
Improving the performance of the musculoskeletal system
Affecting the stress at work and at home – you can react
Frequent trips abroad, you can explore interesting places and climb in interesting sectors – We will organize it!
Workouts abandoned due to illness do not like it! You can make up later – if you pay, train!
What can you achieve?

The trainer prepares the trainee for climbing on an artificial wall, in a rock, a rock course, a high mountain climbing (climbing and hiking). First and foremost, this is a preparation for sports climbing. You can see a quick improvement in fitness, a better mood at height, and sometimes fear of heights. Group exercises are an excellent form of training, fun and integration with other participants. We set the goal of training together! In the summer time morning classes are also held in the rocks near Krakow.

How do we train?

Cumbre climbing school runs climbing classes. Climbing sections throughout the year on the artificial wall, when it gets warm, sections we run in the rocks. Climbing training involves the preparation of a technical, physical and psychological section for climbing in the rock. Beginner group training begins with learning basic climbing techniques and continues to build strength for the next five months. Training is individual and one can not train one method, but it is a pattern that we try to follow.

What kind of training can we offer?

Depending on the instructor, there are different styles of activities. At Cumbre School we strive to first learn the technical basics and increase the strength to make it possible for her to continue to learn advanced techniques. We assume that a weak person is not able to use certain techniques because of lack of power. There are different systems here, although this one has proven to us very well. People in this system have been making very fast progress, which is confirmed by the valuation of roads in the rock and the results of climbing competitions. Next month is the preparation for climbing in the rock and transferring the power acquired on the panel to practical rock difficulty. We separate indoor climbing from climbing in the rock. Hence, we have sections climbing in the rock, panel, mountain and mixed groups.

What group to choose?

Best practice for what we need. Mountaineering sections have optimized training for multi-climb climbing. For example, if they are Tatras, we would rather train climbing under the granite rock. We have problems in the above mentioned scales. Each type of rock has its own specific types of problems. And we do the same with groups climbing in limestone, sandstone or boulder groups, where the rock type is more varied but requires maximum force. In the climbing sections after eight months, we begin to practice shaping and strength training and strength. We also run boulder training in rocks for children and adults.
