Professional climbing training for children

We invite you to sign up for climbing training for the season 2018/2019. We're starting with trainings from September 4.

People who participated in our sections last year have priority when signing up for the section. For people who participated in the Cumbre sections in the previous year, there will be an integration trip to the rocks during the first classes. Therefore, please state whether 2 September in the afternoon is real for you - parents :). People who want to enroll children but do not train so far with us, please be understanding and contact us quickly. Registrations are starting from mid-August, and September is the period in which we train and finish subscriptions. If we do not have space, we can not help it! The order of applications always decides and decides. The exception is people who participated in our previous season.

Is it worth training with us?

The question is: how much do you know of climbing children aged 5-7, leading, supporting, climbing one climbing season after one season? If classes are to be at the highest level, the price will not be the lowest. Quality is not achieved by the best price, but by the highest quality. If you are looking for the cheapest classes, then we are saying this firmly not! We think that we are a great school of climbing. Skills of children aged 5-7 have not appeared from nowhere. Where we conduct classes When the weather allows it to Zakrzówek. When it's raining or it's too cold, we train on an artificial wall on ul. Racławicka 60 and Szymonowica 83. At what age do we train children We invite you for climbing training of children aged 4 to 17. Children up to 5 years old are invited to individual classes. Children are too small for group training. Children over 5 years are invited to group classes.

How to choose a date

Beginning children 4-13 years: it is best for the child to train twice a week with one day break eg Monday and Wednesday. Intermediate 4-13: preferably 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday) Advanced 4-13: preferably 3 times a week and once with parents in the rocks during the weekend Older groups: 2 or 3 times a week. Here the level of the advanced group should be understood according to the valuations in the rocks, ie VI.2 + - VI.5 + Beginners should sign up for people up to IV + level in the rocks. Intermediate - from V to VI.2 How to choose a group Children from 6 years can be enrolled in a beginner, intermediate or advanced group. It is not just strength of technology and experience that determines. We have a stable, intermediate group of children aged 6-8, in which every child can connect basic knots, lead the climbing route at the "V" level in the rocks, belay with the bottom protection (with the bottom car), tie up and collect equipment, overcome medium boulder in the rocks and on the artificial wall. Therefore, children who do not climb on such a level or children who walked and climbed on the rope for 5 months on the fishing rod on the artificial wall under care, please choose the section "beginner +". Children who climbed several times should definitely go to the beginner group and start training "from scratch".

What a child can achieve in our school

Talented and older children participate in climbing trips with adults, thus exploring the most beautiful climbing areas in the world. Children have climbed more than once in Spain, Malta, France, Italy and many other exotic countries. Classes are run by licensed instructors of Sport Climbing. Soon climbing will become an Olympic sport. Our children reach the level of rock climbing at a decent level after the first season. We can boast of achievements from VI + to VI.5 + in children from 7 to 17 years of age. Maybe it's worth climbing? Our pupils can belay down, climb with lower belaying and fishing rods, make an independent descent on a rope, boulder, break a camp, learn not only climbing, but also skitouring, skiing, camp life and camping breaks, this year there will even be cooking workshops in the mountains. Here real, independent people really grow up - on the occasion of great climbers ...

Is it safe?

Classes have been run professionally for years. We are actively involved in climbing competitions. Our children have good results in the rocks and during sports events on the artificial wall. Children as young as 4 and 5 years old are able to lead the III + road, 6-year-olds have already run V + and VI roads many times, and older ones even VI.2-VI.5 +. Of course, this requires special protection that adults do not need. You may wonder if it is safe, but the truth is that children bruises bring a playground and climbing is not ...

Our clients about us:

Sławek is a great instructor. From the parent’s point of view, the most important thing is that he understands the physiology of the child and can combine stimulation with effort (and thus – progress) with care that the child does not hurt himself and does not get injured. Also – which is important to me as the father of hyperactive boys – Sławek is able to form an authority in children, despite the generally free and friendly atmosphere in the group.

Paweł Kunstman

Classes are taught at the highest level. Children learn quickly, and after a year they climb alone in the rocks

Andrzej Z.

With full confidence I recommend Sławek as a climbing instructor. My eldest son (9 years old) has been attending classes for him for the third year, and since this year also the younger (6 years) and even me have joined! And I do not regret seconds. Training is always intense, intense, necessarily adjusted to the appropriate level of training and physical form of the student, but it’s fun and boring.
