Many people ask in what order to do the exercises. The basic division is: warm-up, technical training, strength training, endurance training, stretching, muscle cooling. We start the warm-up with aerobic exercises, then warm up the joints from top to bottom. At the end of the exercise, they are approaching the nature of climbing. Climbing begins with technical training while we still have the maximum strength to learn it. Strength and endurance training takes about 30 minutes. Stretching and cooling is designed to prepare muscles for further regeneration after training.
